Whistleblower Policy

1. Purpose

Rhine Logistics GmbH is committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and ethical conduct in all aspects of its operations. This Whistleblower Policy is designed to provide a secure, confidential, and trusted framework through which employees, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders can report concerns regarding unethical, unlawful, or improper conduct—without fear of retaliation.


2. Scope

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, consultants, suppliers, business partners, and other stakeholders associated with Rhine Logistics GmbH.


3. Reportable Conduct

Individuals are encouraged to report any suspected or actual misconduct, including but not limited to:

  • Corruption, bribery, or conflicts of interest

4. Reporting Procedures

Internal Reporting
Concerns may be reported confidentially to a direct supervisor, manager, or the designated Whistleblower Officer via:

If internal reporting is not appropriate or comfortable, individuals may report concerns directly to relevant regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies in accordance with applicable laws.


5. Confidentiality

All reports will be handled with strict confidentiality to the fullest extent permitted by law. The identity of the whistleblower will not be disclosed without consent unless disclosure is legally required or necessary for a fair and effective investigation.


6. Protection Against Retaliation

Rhine Logistics GmbH strictly prohibits retaliation of any kind against individuals who report concerns in good faith. Retaliatory actions, including harassment, intimidation, or adverse employment consequences, will result in disciplinary measures, up to and including termination of employment or contractual relationships.


7. Investigation Process

  • Upon receipt of a report, an initial assessment will be conducted to evaluate its credibility and scope.

  • Where appropriate, a formal investigation will follow, which may include interviews, document analysis, and consultation with external professionals.

  • The whistleblower will be informed of the progress and outcome of the investigation where legally and practically permissible.


8. False or Malicious Reports

While Rhine Logistics GmbH encourages the reporting of genuine concerns, reports must be made honestly and based on reasonable belief. Knowingly submitting false, misleading, or malicious allegations constitutes a serious breach of policy and may result in disciplinary or legal action.


9. Review and Amendments

This policy is subject to periodic review and may be updated to reflect changes in legal requirements, regulatory standards, or company operations. Any amendments will be communicated appropriately to all relevant stakeholders.
